Recell Mobile provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free. Under no circumstances shall Recell Mobile, its employees, affiliates, or partners be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. When you use our service, you agree to indemnify and hold Recell Mobile harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or any violation of these terms.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the device you are selling. Blacklisted and iCloud locked phones WILL be returned. By submitting a device for sale, you confirm that you have the right to transfer ownership to us. Deductions will be made according to our discretion.

2. Device Condition and Inspection

  • All devices must be accurately described during the quote process.

  • If the device condition does not match the description, we reserve the right to adjust the offer or return the device.

  • Devices with Activation Locks (iCloud, Google, Samsung, etc.) must be removed before shipping. Locked devices will be returned at sender's exspence.

3. Pricing and Offers

  • Quotes provided on our website are based on the information you provide.

  • Final offer amounts are determined after inspection.

  • Offers are valid for seven [7] days from the date of quote.

4. Shipping and Handling

  • We provide prepaid shipping labels for device submissions.

  • You are responsible for properly packaging your device to prevent damage during transit.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments.

5. Payment

  • Payments will be processed within 5-7 [Five to seven] business days after we receive and inspect the device.

  • Payment methods include [PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo].

  • If you decline the revised offer, we will return the device at no cost.

6. Device Ownership and Data

  • Once we issue payment, ownership of the device transfers to us.

  • You are responsible for backing up and erasing all personal data before sending your device.

  • We are not responsible for any data left on a device.

7. Fraud and Compliance

  • We report stolen or lost devices to law enforcement.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to device sales.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the device as determined by our inspection.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
